and oh boy is she mesmerized by it! I am fairly certain she gets this affection for TV from her father.

Quiet Please - NOT!

While some babies prefer utter silence, Ava is at the opposite extreme. She prefers the vacuum cleaner to help lull her to sleep or to calm her down. We have also downloaded the best bargain application for my I-phone - "White Noise", we use this in the car to calm her down since she absolutely hates her infant seat. Lastly, while visiting with the grandparents this last weekend we found that the jackhammer works just as good at keeping her quiet. Bring on the noise Please!

I Love Turtles

Ava does not get a choice in the matter, she is forced to enjoy turtles too, including the ones on this adorable outfit from her cousins. She does not seem too bothered by it.

Ava and I met up with Grandpa Gary for Happy Hour and a good time was had by all.

to be on her back. In particular on top of her diaper changer in the pack 'n play. However, she was really enjoying the quilt her Auntie Lyndsey Fish made her on this particular evening.

Or the "Baby Whisperer," as we call her, took great care of Ava while we were visiting. Bath time in the kitchen sink was fun for all, and afterward everyone was wiped out! More pictures to come of Ava and her cousins.

Extended Vacation!
